Hey there! I'm Nate, your go-to guy for all things digital advertising. Over the past eight years, I've dipped my toes into just about every part of the industry, managing over $50 million in digital ad spend across platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn - you name it.

I've rolled up my sleeves and dived into all sorts of industries, from education to retail, SaaS to professional services, and even B2B. Each has given me a fresh perspective, sharpening my skills and boosting my understanding of this dynamic and ever-changing field.

When I'm not serving our clients or studying to keep up with industry trends, you'll find me in Amish Country, Pennsylvania, hanging out with my wife and 3 kids (soon to be 4), or getting involved in our local church. The digital marketing world is fast and furious, but I've found my groove, combining my passion for the field with my dedication to clients.



Savannah Fulmer

Hey y’all, thanks for taking interest in who we are! I grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, and over the past 6 years I’ve been in the Nashville area partnering with businesses to grow their brand recognition & revenue in the online space.

I went to the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) and jumped into advertising quickly after graduation. Since then, I’ve managed millions of dollars in ad spend each year for B2B and B2C companies.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with some awesome brands to hone my skills & grow with this ever-changing industry.

I've always loved the creativity that comes with marketing, but as I developed more as an advertiser, I gained a passion for the tracking and analytics side of things.

At Upstream, we pride ourselves on having the proper tracking set up behind the scenes because we know it’s a game-changer with results you can expect to see across any channel.

When I'm not at work, I love getting outside and being active, going to country music concerts, and spending time with my family, friends & my dog, Twyla.

Howdy!

I’m Loyal Carpenter, a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist and a member of the Upstream team. Originally from a sheep farm in Mid-Missouri, my family and I now proudly call Middle Tennessee home, enjoying its charm & pace of life.

With six years of digital marketing experience, I’ve worked with brands both in-house and as an agency partner. It’s been an incredibly rewarding career, allowing me to meet and partner with business owners and marketing leaders across various industries - from finance, real estate, and countless others. Over this time, my clients have trusted me to manage over $30 million in ad spend - a responsibility I don’t take lightly.


It truly is my passion to grow and scale businesses through digital advertising. With the ever-evolving changes and implementation of AI in the digital landscape, I believe it is crucial for businesses to be partnered with an agency that prides itself on leaning in and leveraging these changes.

Outside of work, I'm an avid fan of concerts - the more obscure, the better. Additionally, I enjoy spending time in the garage doing what carpenters do – woodworking, where I’m constantly making mistakes and learning from them, and taking pride in creating products from scratch.

Hello! I'm Kirsten Brandon, and I am thrilled to be on the Upstream team. I grew up in Lancaster, PA, but spent a few years in California earning my bachelors degree in Marketing Media. My passion lies in helping small businesses thrive through innovative digital strategies. 

I’m particularly enthusiastic about working with small businesses because I believe they are the backbone of our communities. I’m committed to developing customized advertising strategies that address their unique needs and goals, and I’m eager to see how our efforts can translate into tangible growth for our clients.

When I’m not at work, you will probably find me at a thrift store, trying a new restaurant with my husband, or enjoying a good book outside.
