The Role
As our Senior Paid Social Specialist, you'll develop and execute comprehensive social advertising strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on Meta campaigns. You'll work alongside our design team to create multi-channel campaigns that consistently bring in qualified customers through Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

What You'll Love Doing
Creating and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns that consistently exceed client expectations
Expanding client reach through strategic campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Analyzing cross-platform campaign data to uncover insights that drive performance improvements
Partnering with our design team to craft platform-specific ad copy that connects with target audiences
Managing complex conversion tracking setups across all social advertising platforms
Testing new strategies and ad formats across different platforms to maximize client ROI
You'll Thrive Here If...
You have 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency environment
You're an expert in Meta advertising, with deep platform knowledge and proven results
You also have strong experience running campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
You have strong technical expertise with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel
You excel at managing multiple accounts while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
You love analyzing data and using it to tell clear performance stories
You're comfortable presenting campaign results and strategies directly to clients
You have a proven track record of growing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships
You stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends
You're passionate about helping small businesses succeed

Location & Work Environment
Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN
One day per week in-office collaboration at our Franklin, TN location
